$150.00 per 10’ x 10’ booth with credits available (MAX credits: $100.00)
$75.00 per 5’ x 5’ booth with credits available (MAX credits: $20.00)
Receive $50.00 off booth fee if you teach a 2 hour class.
Receive $10.00 off booth fee if you reserve Stage time (up to 30 minutes).
Receive $10.00 off booth fee for each 2 hour shift as a Volunteer.
Cancellations before July 2nd, 2018 will be refunded in full.
Cancellations on or after July 2nd, 2018 will be charged a 40% cancellation fee.
Cancelations after July 6th, 2018 will not be refunded.
-All Vendors to submit at least one (1) item for the Show Raffle of a value greater than or equal to $20.00 MSRP.
-All monetary transaction processing will be the responsibility of the Vendor.
-All Vendors must supply their own booth structure supplies. CQS will not be providing any tables/cables/tablecloths/etc.
-All Vendors must have their booth space ready no later than 5:45PM on Set-Up day.
-Electricity will be available.
-All Vendors will be responsible for their own meals.
-Vendors must keep their booth occupied during all show hours.
-All Vendors agree that Booth Take-Down will not begin until after 4:00 PM, July 21st, on final show day.
-Coburg Quilt Show Committee reserves the right to place any vendor in any space.
Photography/Videography Release Notice:
Please be aware that by entering the Coburg Quilt Show event premises, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded, without compensation, for use in any and all media. And you release the Coburg Quilt Show (CQS), and its affiliates and representatives, from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
By participating as a Vendor, you are agreeing to hold harmless the Coburg Quilt Show, Coburg Community Charter School, Coburg Community Grange, City of Coburg, and participating commercial enterprises for any damages, loss or theft done to your merchandise and/or products-services entered in or displayed at the 2018 show. You agree to abide by all requirements listed above.
