Coburg Quilt Show Committee welcomes entries from quilters of all levels and skills.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged to enter.
Entry Fee --
Our fees are: $5.00 for the 1st Quilt -- $2.00 for each quilt
thereafter. (These fees are used to help cover the cost of the event.)

Youth Entry
-- (16 or younger). On the quilt entry
form, there is a box to check for youth entries.
Fiber
Art Quilts: require a hanger and measurements not to exceed 60" X 60". Questions

quilts over 40" X 40" must have a 4-inch sleeve on the back except Fiber
Art Quilts and Heirloom Quilts. Selling Your Quilt
-- You can list your quilt(s) for sale during the Coburg Quilt Show. If you sell your quilt, there will be a commission
of 25% of your selling price. This fee will help support next year's show.
Coburg Quilt Show Calendars -- the top 13 winners picked
by "People's Choice Ballot" from the 2010 Quilt Show will have their quilts pictured on the 2012 calendar.

enter all of your quilts. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON WHEN ENTRIES ARE COMPLETED.
Every quilt has its own story, and we would like to be able to include your quilt information in the Program
Guide Book. In order to do this, we ask that you complete the entry form and submit to us by the
deadline date of July 17, 2010. If you miss the deadline, your information will not be included in the Program
Guide Book
Turn quilts in at
the following address: Coburg Elementary School gym on N. Coburg Rd (next to the fire station). Follow signs as you
come into town from any direction.
Pick
up: Coburg Elementary School gym - Sunday, August 1st -- Noon to 4pm.
All quilts need to be picked up by this date and time unless other
arrangements are made. Please make sure you have your receipt slip for pick up.
Coburg
Quilt Show is not responsible for quilts that are not picked up or arrangements made to do so.
